We apply a differentiated fee system based on the experience of the various lawyers and can therefore offer competitive hourly rates, which are determined on the basis of the resources necessary and the nature of the matter. As a rule, we invoice on a monthly basis. We also help our clients apply for legal expenses insurance when it is available. We enter into special consultancy agreements known as service agreements (usually lasting a year) with clients who wish to retain us for significant ongoing advice. Special agreements can be reached for certain well-defined services. We provide cost estimates upon request.
